Food came out hot. Bbq's chicken has always had great chicken. Promo of free tteokboki is a good addition and appetizer. Antonette, our server was very attentive. One incident, we locked eyes but couldn't speak since my mouth was full, she instantly knew that we needed tissue. She followed good protocol of offering us promos first then the menu. Also offered us drinks, which is a revenue generating item. Atmosphere is also good. Kdrama OSTs were playing during visit.

Love the food. The has the right amount of spice heat that I like. I think their food items are appropriately priced. The venue is not as cold as expected but still comfortable for dine in.

First time eating here and it was amazing experience. Cherry the manager and Antoinette our server were so attentive and very helpful with our needs. They work above and beyond. I will definitely eat here again when we come to the Philippines.

We absolutely loved the food—flavorful dishes with generous portions! Paul, the manager, made the experience even better with his warm hospitality. Noticing that the available chicken pieces were smaller than their usual serving size—without us even mentioning it—he thoughtfully offered complimentary chicken to make up for it. That extra care, along with the great food, turned our visit into a truly memorable dining experience.

We had a great experience at BBQ Chicken Okada! Despite the place being very busy, the staff provided excellent service. Everyone was all smiles, especially the girl wearing a blue long sleeve—she looked like a manager. She assisted us really well and never looked stressed kahit maraming tao. We waited around 30 minutes for the food, just as the server informed us beforehand, so we appreciated the honesty. I also loved the food, especially their best seller, the original one hahaha the spicy kicks smoothly lol. Overall, the experience was good and we’ll definitely come back!
